Decently organized

Definitely a fan of warm weather. In Glacier, subtract 10 degrees for hiking in high altitude. Also subtract varying degrees for wind chill. Not uncommon for 10-50 mph winds on ridges and summits.

Plan and prepare for the worst and hope you never need to act on it. Nature is unforgiving.
