Warm ups are good

Plant shadow on a rock — The noticer notices. Tiny shadows at your feet rarely get noticed.

Bear scat (poop) on trail — A reminder we are never far from Grizzlies.

Flower shadows on rock — Still noticing. It has become a habit and i no longer have to remind myself to do it.

Mountain trail — These shadows are on the rock’s side not the top. Interesting.

A cool discovery played out. We recorded a warmup podcast episode before recording If Disney Ran Your Life. A valuable risk-taking opportunity.
