At 7,500′ Haystack is not a hill.

Fair amount of snow melted while i enjoyed Haystack Butte.

Maybe two weeks ago, when Djuan committed to Glacier, his agenda included a boating opportunity today. Then, as i explained last night (again), for me it would depend entirely on the weather. Great weather and i’m staying in Glacier. No brainer. Summiting Haystack was weather’s gift to me.
